Login Solutions
If you are having problems logging into PeakEasy, please try
the following solutions.
- Request New Password: New Password
- Email PeakEasy requesting assistance: PeakEasy@lanl.gov
- Other Possible Options:
- Delete temporary internet files:
From Internet Explorer, click "Tools", select "Internet Options...".
Click the "General" tab. Inside the "Temporary Internet files" frame, click the "Delete Files..." button.
Check the "Delete all offline content" box. Press the "OK" button.
- Clear your browser's history folder:
From Internet Explorer, click "Tools", select "Internet Options...".
Click the "General" tab. Inside the "History" frame, click the "Clear History" button.
Press "Yes" when asked "Are you sure you want Windows to delete your history of visited Web sites?".
- Make sure your browser allows "cookies" for session validation:
From Internet Explorer, click "Tools", select "Internet Options...".
Click the "Privacy" tab.
Set privacy to "Medium". If privacy is set to higher than medium, then make sure that "first-party Cookies" are accepted.
- Make sure that the date and time on your computer are set correctly.
